Shawna began working for World Campus in 2010 after beginning her career at Penn State in 2008. As the Senior Program Assistant for Faculty Development, she manages the logistics of course design, delivery and implementation while supporting the unit’s research efforts and acting as the faculty liaison. She coordinates and supports the unit’s expanded functions to include onboarding, mentoring and scholarly life. Shawna holds the M.Ed. in Adult Education and Training from Colorado State University, a B.S. in Applied Management from National American University, and an A.B. in Legal Assistant from DuBois Business College.
